The Story

I built this because I needed it too.

I was the guy juggling a business, three kids, and a body I didn't recognize anymore. I lost 100 lbs — then I gained some back. So I lost it again. The hard way, in real life, around everything a family and a business throws at you.

That's where the method comes from. Not a textbook, not a bootcamp fantasy — a system built by someone who had to get back up more than once. Structural balance, real progression, food that fits a real table. The stuff that actually holds when life gets loud.

  • Where do sessions take place?+

    In person in Montréal's East End. Coaching is available in French and English.

  • I'm already training with you — how do I book?+
